David Hart is an historian of the classical liberal / libertarian tradition. David taught in the Department of History at the University of Adelaide for 15 years before moving to the US where he spent 20 years building an award winning website devoted to spreading the ideas of liberty to anyone who might be interested. Now retired, David continues to pursue this goal via his own website “The Digital Library of Liberty and Power”.
